I offer flat rate $13 Australia wide shipping. Please note that I cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers so please enter a street address only. Orders will be dispatched from my studio within 3-5 business days of order unless pieces are custom or made to order.

Free Studio Collection Aldinga Beach

I offer free Aldinga Beach Pick Up with a secure parcel collection area outside of my studio in Aldinga Beach.
Once your order is ready for collection I will text you the location and padlock code.
Orders will be processed and ready for collection within 3 business days of order unless pieces are custom or made to order.

Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving notification so the collection area can be used for the next customer.

Due to popular demand from beautiful followers in New Zealand, Canada, USA, UK and Europe I have set up international shipping for The Calm Mugs and Pottery Tools.

Shipping fragile items is a big risk for a small business like mine and I am quite anxious about all of the possibilities for disaster with shipping my mugs such a long way. Please be patient and understanding as we try this out and if it all goes smoothly, I will look at adding other countries over the next few months. Any additional charges due to customs /taxes are the customers responsibility.
